Ky-Mani Marley one of the most well-known and wealthy Reggae singers was born on Friday, February 26, 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He was a member of Shottas along with another artist Wyclef. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album, called Like Father Like Son. This was followed by several singles, including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap was a perfect fit (remix) and Sensimelia. These all contributed to Ky-Mani's reputation as a brand new reggae singer. Ky-Mani, along with Praswell as well as Fugees (as as part of Avenue), a popular song by Eddy Grant called Electric Avenue was released in 1997.
