Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She is most famous for her role as Anna Garner, the main character of The Girl Experience. Brenda Woodberg, her first movie role, was in Babysitters. Krause made her debut with drama in college before she appeared in numerous Off-Broadway productions and in episodes of New York based TV shows. The career of her father, whom is the half Japanese and American in origin, is her professional career. Nathaniel is her older brother. He is an actor as well as a director. The passion for arts and culture began at an early time when she took dance classes at Washington School of Ballet, Washington D.C. She then moved on to perform in various musicals and plays by Bill Russell and Henry Krieger as well as Side Show. In the fall of her final year of high school, Krause began her studies in Carnegie Mellon Drama School. After a short time, Krause realized she was able to embark on her acting career. She earned her Equity certificate by appearing in a musical based on Aida. Louisa Krause got her start in the theater. She made her debut in 2006 with The Huntington Theatre Company. In 2007, she was Iphigenia at the Signature Theater Company's Iphigenia 2 performance.
